The first page of your resume has to be AWESOME! You have less than 18 seconds to gain the attention of the recruiter or hiring authority reviewing your resume in additions to hundreds of others.
The first page is KEY to landing in the “interview” pile and not being discarded. Listing top accomplishments here is a great way to do this – these should be specific to your experience and include quantitative data, to support your strengths.
Make sure to choose the most powerful achievements from your background.
When I started using this section on resumes for clients, my interview ratio jumped over 30% – it works!
